On the basis of retaining the advantages of the original MC-I type dust collector, the MC-II type pulse bag filter adopts the low resistance QMF-20P type pulse valve, which extends the service life of the control system and filter bags of the dust collector by more than twice compared to the MC-I type, reducing maintenance workload.

2. The pressure of compressed air used for dust cleaning has been reduced from the original 5-7 kg/cm2 to the current 3 kg/cm2 pressure, but the dust cleaning effect can still achieve the effect of 5-7 kg/cm2 pressure, thus expanding the scope of use.

3. Due to structural improvements, the tightness of the equipment has been enhanced, and the air leakage rate can be less than 10%, further improving product quality.

4. The cover removal device and filter bag fixing method have been reformed, providing labor conditions for equipment maintenance and upkeep.

Basic structure:

The basic structure of MC-II pulse bag filter mainly consists of five parts.

6. The control instrument adopts JMK-2 pulse controller and WMK pulse non-contact controller.

working principle:

The dusty gas enters the middle and lower boxes through the inlet of the dust collector, and enters the upper box through the filter bag due to various effects of the filter bag. Separate the dust and gas, and the dust is adsorbed on the filter bag, while the gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper box through the Venturi tube, and is discharged from the air outlet. During the process of purifying dusty gases through filter bags, as time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bags, causing the resistance of the filter bags to gradually increase. The amount of gas passing through the filter bags gradually decreases. In order to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector, the resistance should be controlled within a limited range (generally 120-150 millimeters of water column). When the resistance rises to a limited range, the controller will issue instructions to trigger each control valve in sequence and open the pulse valve. The compressed air inside the air bag is sprayed into the corresponding filter bags through the holes of the blowing tube and the Venturi tube. The filter bags rapidly expand under the instantaneous reverse action of the airflow, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bags to fall off, and the filter bags are removed. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the machine through the ash discharge system. Due to the regular accumulation of dust on the filter bag, the purified gas passes through normally and the dust collector works normally.
